Kimino is a collective made of Japanese farmers and Japanese craft drink makers. These are just seltzer and fruit juice (no sugar). What makes them so special? Ask any Japanese person and they will say "it's the water". It's always the water. These are made with spring water collected from the mountains of Hyogo. The water is carbonated and then mixed with a touch of fruit juice sourced from small, multi-generational family farmers focused on natural farming techniques throughout Japan.
Yuzu: made with handpicked yuzu from the Shikoku Islands.
Ume: ume is the fruit that is used to make umeboshi pickles. They're kind of like apricot and are tart and slightly tannic. This seltzer is hands down my favorite one. It's tart without being sour :) The ume are handpicked in Wakayama and whole-pressed. Ume is a stonefruit, FYI!!
Mikan: mikan is Japanese for orange, and usually refers to mandarin oranges. This is the sweetest and fruitiest of the three but it's still just fruit juice and sparkling water. Japanese mikan drinks are some of my favorites. I have such fond memories of the Kirin mikan soda my grandma would pull up from the pantry under the floorboards in her kitchen. These mikan are handpicked in Wakayama.
8.45 fl oz
All three are vegan, soy-free, gluten-free. The ume contains stonefruit.
