These wonderful, light, airy, sweet, and savory rice crackers (or are they cookies?) are utterly unique. They have a nice restrained amount of salt and sugar to them, so they aren't totally sweet, yet aren't completely salty either. They are also richly buttery in flavor, despite being light and airy. These fine lines here have me craving them constantly, and probably eating more of these cookies than I should. But they aren't cookies, they are crackers, right? Let me get back to you after I have a couple more.
The milk that these crakers are made from comes from Hokkaido, which is considered to be the best milk in Japan.
Contains: milk, soybeans, fish, and wheat.
