Pre-order food online! We can deliver it to you cold or you can pick it up from our Cargo, Colibri, or our kitchen. The karaage bento has been super popular so I'd recommend preordering it if you really want one. For day-of pick-ups, please call/text our Fula-phone: 971 325-2889. Place your orders anytime and pick up your food from our kitchen Weds-Sun 10:30 - 1:45. Food picked up from our kitchen will be served at its ideal temperature. All other pick-ups will be cold.
I love making onigiri. They're the perfect snack or the perfect accompaniment to a meal. They're basically Japanese 'sandwiches' and are rice balls stuffed with a filling and wrapped in nori. We're currently offering ume, okaka, hijiki, or tuna-mayo!
Ume - salt pickled plum. Fruity and sour! Vegan
Okaka - bonito flakes and gluten-free tamari. One of my favorites! Pescatarian
Hijiki - rice mixed with our hijiki salad and formed into an onigiri (no filling). Vegan
Tuna-Mayo - a Konbini classic! Tastes just like it sounds :) Pescatarian.
Onigiri will dry out if you put them in the fridge. If you want to hold on to them, it's best to put them in an airtight Tupperware with a damp paper towel over them. Feel free to text or email if you want nori on the side (email@example.com).
Ume: Vegan, soy-free, gluten-free: rice, ume (pickled plums), nori seaweed.
Okaka: Pescatarian, gluten-free. Contains soy: rice, bonito flakes, gluten-free tamari, nori seaweed.
Hijiki: Vegan, gluten-free. Contains soy: rice, hijiki, carrots, vegan dashi (konbu, shiitake), aburaage tofu, gluten-free tamari, mirin, sake, canola oil, nori seaweed
Tuna-Mayo: Pescatarian, gluten-free, soy-free: Rice, PNW line-caught albacore, mayo, rice vinegar, gluten-free tamari, nori seaweed

Local delivery is free on orders over $75, otherwise we charge a $10 delivery fee.
Delivery times are available Tuesday-Sunday, from 11am to 7pm.

Please keep in mind that for orders containing alcohol, we may need to see the ID of the person who ordered to verify that you're 21+.
Free scheduled pickups are available from the Fulamingo Kitchen, as well as from our friends at Cargo or Colibri!
Just select "Store Pickup" at checkout, and choose your pickup location. Then, choose a pickup date and time.

Open for pickups 11am-5pm, Friday-Saturday. 1pm-5pm on Sunday.
Colibri Flowers and Plants, 1454 NE Prescott St.
Open for pickups from Noon-6pm, Wednesday-Saturday, and 1pm-5pm on Sundays.

Rescheduling: If you feel you might be late or need to reschedule your pickup, please let us know by 10am of your scheduled date, and we will be happy to set up a new time for you! Otherwise, we ask that you please be on time for your scheduled pickup. For food quality and safety reasons, we may have to dispose of any prepared foods if you are more than two hours late for your pickup and will not be able to offer a refund.
Picking up from Cargo/Colibri: Just show up at your pickup spot with your ID, on your pickup date/time and let them know you are there for your Fulamingo order. Show your ID to a staff member and they will get hand off your pickup to you. Also, while you're at any of our friends' stores, please feel free to shop!
Fulamingo ships most of our stuff! Unfortunately we can't yet ship alcohol, perishables, or prepared foods.
