This will reach its freshness date in April. So it's on sale! It's not a large bottle and it's so freaking delicous so if I were you, I'd just buy it and use it up within a week. Trust me, it's super easy and you won't regret it.
Yakiniku Tare. This is basically Japanese BBQ sauce, or what one would brush on meats as they're grilled. This acts more like a soy sauce than a thick US-style BBQ sauce tho - think more like seasoning sauce for grilled skewers, but don't just use this on skewers! You can brush it on any meats as you grill them or add it to season a stirfry or just use it as a dipping sauce. Sometimes I grill up some steak with just salt and pepper, slice it thin, and dip it in this sauce.
Shoyu flavor. Tastes pretty mellow and nicely balanced. It's tangy, and slightly sweet. It's a flavor that I crave that's hard to find in the US.
