We make the egg salad fluffy and savory, and the medium-boiled egg in the center of the sandwich is marinated for extra deliciousness. We make ours with bouncy Shokupan Milk Bread from Oyatsupan Japanese Bakery, in Beaverton.
Vegetarian. Contains egg, dairy, wheat, and soy.
Ingredients: Egg, Kewpie Mayo, Mustard, Rice vinegar, Green onion, Salt, Sugar, Oyatsupan Bakers' shokupan milk bread. Boiled egg marinated in soy, and vegan dashi (mushroom and konbu).
