Instant dashi powder! Just add to hot water and voilá! Dashi! This instant dashi is made sans salt or msg. Each bag comes with seven individual pouches. Each pouch makes about 3 cups of dashi. You can use a partial pouch, but if you do, seal off the opening, leave it in the fridge, and try and use it up as soon as possible.
Konbu (vegan) is made with two types of konbu (kelp) produced in Hokkaido, where the very best konbu comes from.
Each bag contains 7 pouches of dashi powder weighing 5 grams each.
