Instant dashi made with high-quality ingredients. It's made with bonito and konbu as well as sardine, mackerel, and flying fish. All of it is powdered and packed in a teabag. Making this rich dashi is so easy! Just bring two cups of water to a boil, turn off the heat, drop in the teabag, and remove it after two minutes. Dashi is amazing as a soup or as a seasoning. This rich style dashi makes incredible miso soup, but you can also add it to your chicken soups or veggie soups to really level up your soup game. You can make the dashi and keep it in your fridge and add a splash to sauces here and there, or you can just sip it as is, maybe with a touch of soy sauce and some dashi blanched spinach and shiitake. Given that this dashi is made with four types of fish, it has quite a bold flavor.
