What is your address? Do you have a retail store?

We don't have a "real"/physical store (yet!). We are basically an online business, so there is no place to actually visit. We do accept day-of orders for prepared foods that you can pick up directly from our kitchen by calling/texting 971-325-2889 (W-SUN, 10:30-1:30pm,  2256 N. Albina St.) However, the kitchen is just simply a kitchen in the middle of the Gotham Building, so there's not much to see. And because of Covid, we are bringing orders out to the front door for pickup. Check out our Takeout section for more info.

What is your delivery fee?

Local delivery is free for orders over $75. For orders under $75 we charge a $10 delivery fee. 

What is your delivery policy?

Delivery times are available Tuesday-Sunday, from 11am to 7pm. Choose the time window for when you would like your delivery at checkout. We will do our best to get your order to you in your specified window, but we also appreciate your flexibility and might need to bring it a little earlier or later, depending on routes and order volume. 

Do you offer free-pickups?

Free, scheduled order pickup is available from Fulamingo Kitchen, as well as our partner locations. Choose "Local Pickup" and select one of our two amazing partnering businesses to pick up from, and then select a date and time for your pickup:

What if I'm running late or miss my pickup time?

If you think you might be late for your scheduled pickup, please let us know by 10am on your pickup day and we will be happy to accommodate a better time for you! 

Otherwise, we ask that you please be on time for your scheduled pickup. If your order contains prepared food and you have scheduled to pick up from Colibri or Cargo, please note that for food quality and safety reasons if you are more than two hours late for your scheduled pickup time, we may have to dispose of your prepared food and cannot issue a refund for it. 

How can I leave a tip?

Tipping is not necessary, but thank you for thinking of us! We structured Fulamingo to operate more like a grocery store rather than a restaurant. And while the owners are the ones doing the deliveries, we don't feel like it's necessary to tip us. Your order is appreciated and simply more than enough! What are the laws about delivering alcohol?

For sake and beer orders we will need to check the ID of the person who made the order. Due to Covid-19, the OLCC has been relaxing a lot of laws regarding alcohol delivery, but we are still required by law to check ID. 

Can you deliver to apartment buildings?

If you live in an apartment building, we will either use the call box, text or call the number given with the order, or ask to be buzzed in by the concierge/front desk. We may otherwise reach out on the day of your delivery via text or email to confirm how to best get the order to you. If we can't get in touch with you, we may need to reschedule. 

What is your delivery area?

Currently we deliver to anywhere in this general area (it is zip-code based, so if you live in one of the zip codes below, but your location falls outside the red line, don't worry. You are OK to order!):

What is your policy on ordering alcohol?

Sake, Plum Wine, and Beer is 21+ only. You must be at least 21 years of age to order and receive alcoholic beverages. By Oregon law, the person who places the order needs to be the one to receive it. By ordering, you certify you are of legal age to place the order. The purchaser's valid ID may be required for deliveries and in-person pickups.

Does Fulamingo offer shipping?

Shipping is available for most things in our store! We cannot currently ship alcohol or perishable items though. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping speed is based on the rate you choose at checkout. We get packages to the carrier within 2 business days of receiving your order. At that point it's in the carrier's hands. Fulamingo luckily hasn't had any problems with UPS/USPS/FedEx delivery times being significantly delayed yet, but nonetheless they have been asking for flexibility because of the pandemic. If you have a fast-approaching deadline, or time constraints please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to try and find the best way to accommodate you!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, ELO, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay 

Do you have a physical shop?

Fulamingo doesn't currently have a physical retail space.  

Do you have such and such item?

Send your wish list to info@fulamingo.com and we'll do our best to track down products! Groceries and sake that have never entered the US market won't happen til the future since it requires getting labels and USDA certification. But we will work towards it!

Do you have Japanese Kit Kats?

No, we can't legally sell the amazing Japanese Kit Kat flavors because US Kit Kats are produced by Hershey's while Japanese/Global Kit Kats are produced by Nestle, and Hershey's has exclusive rights to produce Kit Kats for the US market. wah.
