We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will coordinate a time that you can bring your return to one of our pickup locations. Items brought back to us without first requesting a return may not be able to be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like unpasteurized sake, perishable goods (such as refrigerated/frozen foods, and prepared foods). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Sake Returns (Portland area only)
We accept returns on unopened sake, with the exception of unpasteurized/nama/raw sake. We store and transport all unpasteurized sake at or below 50 degrees to ensure quality. Due to the delicate nature of this type of sake however, we cannot take responsibility for it once it has been delivered. If you believe a sake is flawed, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can discuss the issue.
Grocery Returns (Portland area only)
We accept returns on unopened grocery items. If you would like to make an exchange or return, please let us know at email@example.com so that we can make arrangements for your return.
If there is something you would like in exchange for the item you are returning, let us know, and if it is in stock we will arrange to have it at the pickup location. Once we've received and inspected your return, and determined it is accepted, we can give you your exchange. Any difference in price between the return and exchange items will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and determined if it's accepted, we will refund you on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
