This kurosu rice vinegar made with pure genmai (aka brown rice, aka unpolished rice). Genmai vinegar is deeper and richer than classic rice vinegar made with white rice. "Junmai" refers to a strict quality standard for what ingredients can be included in the vinegar. This vinegar is strictly brewed with only brown rice, koji, yeast, water, and vinegar mother.
It's a super versatile vinegar, great in stir fry, dipping sauces, pickles, and marinades.
