Since we've gotten these in, Kuze Fuku and Son's Yuzu Jelly and Orange Marmalade both have become breakfast staples in our house. Almost every morning we look forward to getting to have these on Japanese shokupan toast!

They make instant dashi pouches, jams, dressings, and drinking vinegar beverages. Their goal is to produce gourmet culinary products, with ingredients sourced from Oregon producers and made in traditional Japanese ways.
