More food friendly and sophisticated than typical nigori. More earthy and deep, than sweet and fruity. Flavors are of milk, coconut and fruit typical of Cloudy-style sake, but there's also a dry and earthy, almost herbaceous or vegetal quality that adds sophistication to this brew.

Made by Nakao Brewery in Hiroshima, makers of some of our favorite sakes such as Maboroshi and Seikyo. They make smart, food friendly sake that is always crowd pleasing. 

Enjoy this with steak, burgers, Thai, Vietnamese, and Indian cuisines. Drink it chilled.
