This is one of those funny Japanese takes on western foods and it's definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. Mentaiko Pasta is spaghetti noodles tossed with spicy cod roe and although it sounds weird, it's so dang tasty. It's fishy, salty, and the texture of the cod roe is like grated cheese. If it sounds too weird for you, it probably is, but don't worry, more for me.

Directions: Make spaghetti noodles. Pour contents of the pouch over noodles. Mix the sauce into the noodles. 

PS My chef friend likes to use these packets to make sauces for salmon. Yeah, that's a pretty killer idea.
