The "Neuro Fuzzy" part is a logic technology that is built in to the temperature and time processing of the rice cooker, that allows for the machine to automatically make adjustments on the fly, to ensure perfect cooking each time. From our perspective, cooking rice at home with this, it just works! Amazingly.

The rice cooker keeps the rice warm after cooking, which is very convenient. It also has a removable cooking pan, with handles, so it's easy to serve from and clean. 

It has settings for white rice, sushi rice, brown rice, haiga, and can even cook porridge and maze-gohan. Also, for white rice, you can adjust the hardness, if you like your rice al-dente!
