SakeMoto is brewed in Japan and imported by Oregon's own SakeOne brewery. It is a clean and crisp Junmai-grade sake that shows off well balanced fruit and rice characteristics. 

On the nose it shows fresh fruity notes of strawberry and pineapple, along with hints of toasted rice. On the palate, we get a crisp and light, silky body that carries along notes of fruits and nuts. 

Serve chilled, room temp, or warm. Serve with cheese, fruits, fish, salads, pork, or chicken. Simple and versatile!
