You don't know Japanese tea until you try really nice Japanese tea, and here's your chance! This is sencha, which is the tea most drank in Japan. It's green tea that's picked young so it's bright and green with beautiful umami notes (and tons of vitamin C). This is a bag of 12 tea bags each filled with 4g of sencha.
Directions: Bring water to a boil. Once the water is boiling, remove from heat and wait 30 sec. Pour the hot water into your teacup or mug and wait 30 sec. Add the teabag. Steep for 1 minute and enjoy. For the second serving: pour hot water over the used tea bag and then immediately enjoy. Repeat for a third serving.
Pro-tip: Japanese green teas will taste bitter if you use water that's too hot. If you prefer a milder taste, brew at slightly lower temperatures.
