This is sake worthy of celebrations! Featuring naturally bottle-fermented bubbles, and made from Organic rice, which is then painstakingly milled to tiny starchy pearls of the one of the highest categories of refinement (Junmai Daiginjo).  

Uka sparkling sake is crisp, fruity, and balanced. There’s a slight savory mineral backbone that carries forward notes of mochi rice, Asian pears and tropical fruit. 

Made from USDA certified California grown Organic rice, which is then brought to Japan to be crafted into the sake that you get to drink!
