When we tried this we were blown away. We've always relied on the Yama Moto Yama Gold-grade Nori as our at-home go to for things like hand rolls, isobeyaki, and ramen topping, but we got curious about how good a high-grade nori might be. This is awesome. It has tooth and texture - a satisfying snap - but it is not at all chewy, nor is it crumbly. The flavor is deep and rich and toasty, while also presenting as clean and elegant. 

Have you splurged on some nice crab, sashimi-grade tuna, or salmon for sushi night? Do yourself a favor and enjoy some really awesome nori with it!
