I like this brand of instant ramen because the noodles are chewier (thanks to the addition of mountain yam) and the broth has flavor (haha).
Shio is a chicken-based, simple broth, and Tonkotsu is a creamy pork broth. I always add toppings to my ramen: soft boiled egg, cabbage, and beansprouts sauteed in sesame oil, leftover meat, sesame seeds, chili oil. The noodles cook up in 3 minutes, so yeah, they're ready already.
PS. I prefer to cook my noodles in water and simultaneously boil fresh water for the broth.
Both contain wheat and sesame. Tonkotsu contains pork and chicken. Shio contains chicken.
Produced in a facility that processes milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, tree nuts, peanuts, soy.
